Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

Shipping/Processing Times

Shipping times vary based on your chosen shipping method and your location. You can estimate delivery times during the checkout process. Please note that processing times for your order may also affect delivery times. Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may have longer processing times. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs/Tracking Information

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the weight and dimensions of the package, and your location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you make your payment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. This tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout.

Undeliverable, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or if the package is refused, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product(s), excluding shipping charges. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and in good condition. In the event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to initiate a resolution.

Returns/Refund Policy
 

No Refunds or Exchanges

We have a strict no refunds or exchanges policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, unwarranted buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong product, products damaged after delivery, items not meeting your expectations, etc.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping and Return Costs

The Chosen Heiress, LLC is not responsible for any return shipping costs. If we approve a return for a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for the safe return of the product. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
